  • 2 year warranty
  • Adjustable Pattern Fan Control
  • 400cc Gravity Cup
  • 25ft Hose includes air control valve to reduce overspray and bounce back
  • 1400 watt 2 stage turbine with 1.3mm needle

Instead of giving you a fast ticket to a mess, the Fuji Semi Pro 2  gives users a painting system that they can use almost immediately thanks to its comprehensive design.

If you’ve never used a paint spraying system before, then there can be some nasty surprises. This is especially true if you’re using a bleeding system that constantly pumps out air on you.

Although the Fuji Semi Pro comes with a premium price, we found that you’re going to receive premium results.  You get what you pay for.

What sort of Paint Feed does the Fuji Paint Sprayer have?

This is a gravity feed HVLP system. While not really great for big jobs, this particular model does an excellent job of giving you control over the final results.

You can also get the Fuji Semi Pro as a Siphon Feed System if you prefer.

The Fuji spray gun is of the non-bleed variety, so the air shuts off when you release the activation trigger, leaving you with consistent, high quality results with every pass.

Can the Spray Paint Nozzles be Adjusted?

This Fuji paint sprayer offers the option to adjust the pattern of the spray.

Instead of adjusting to a basic vertical or horizontal sweep, this Fuji spray gun gives users the option of adjusting the fan spray on your surface.

This allows you to easily put on a light finishing coat if you want or deal with a thicker primer coat if your surface needs it. This makes it a lot easier to get the results you want.

Is this Fuji Paint Sprayer Model Noisy?

The trade for a little noise is worth it. Fuji paint sprayers are a bit on the noisy side, so hearing protection is a must if you’re using this sprayer indoors.

On the flip-side, this negative is easily offset by how accurate your results can be. You can quickly create the perfect atomization levels, minimizing your overspray in just seconds.

Your cleanup is always quick and painless, especially if you’ve taken the time to mask off before getting to work.

What Material can I Spray with the Fuji Semi Pro 2?

This is a spray system because it does a great job with more than just paint. We particularly loved the way it applies varnish.

Water-based polyurethane materials also sprayed well when using this Fuji system.  If you want to spray paint, in fact, you’ll need to purchase a different air cap to get the job done right.

This model comes with air cap #13 and air cap #6 works the best for latex paint. The latex also needs to be thinned down somewhat for the best results.

Overspray with the Fuji Semi Pro 2

Although the pollution to the surrounding atmosphere is minimal, there is still a bit of a mist that occurs while you’re working with this spray system.

This eventually settles down onto your floors, counters, and furniture if you’re not careful. If spraying indoors, shut down the HVAC system and cover everything to protect your investment.

Conclusion

We really found that the value and high quality results the Fuji Semi Pro 2 can provide is worth the investment. It worked consistently, allowing us to create consistent results time and time again.

This is why we strongly recommend this particular spray system today.
