How Much does the DeVilbiss GTI Weigh?

The GTI620G is lightweight at 3lbs. You won’t suffer from wrist or arm fatigue with this unit.  For its’ price point, the weight and performance stand out in this category.  If weight is a huge issue for you, jump up to the premium Iwata Supernova or LPH400 to get a sprayer that weighs around a pound!

Issues with the DeVilbiss GTI620G 

Though there are a lot of great things to say, there are few issues that may cause a pause in your decision to make this your go-to sprayer. The first is the there are some issues with fluttering. This may mean that there is a bit of paint that spits out between the tip and the gun.  This could lead to unwanted paint on you or your surface.

The other issue is that we noticed is that the DeVilbiss GTI620G manual mode can become a little temperamental after long periods of use. The overspray is controlled, but, after a while of use, you may see a bit more inconsistency.
